Good morning PYRAMID fans,
Today I shall be watching football on my cathode ray tube if that is what they still use these days. I must admit to being out of date so it is probably LED screen technology or maybe there is something more up to date in the televisions of the current era.
12:00 Noon
We start with LEAGUE TWO and the match between Forest Green Rovers and Swindon Town.
13:30 Early afternoon
The WOMENS SUPER LEAGUE gives us Manchester United against Manchester City.
City were right up there last season but seem to have lost the magic touch this season.
15:00 NATIONAL LEAGUE
Bromley against Torquay United is the fare at the time of day normally football blind.
(N.B. I am only watching because Exeter Chiefs against Worcester is not being televised)
17:00 WORLD CUP 2022 QUALIFIER
Probably Azerbaijan v. Republic of Ireland
Could be Scotland v. Israel
Might be Finland v. Ukraine
19:45 EVENING FOOTBALL
Andorra v. England should see lots of goals for the visiting team. We hope.
Note: Switzerland v. Northern Ireland is also on at this time.
