Following up on the previous post, I have listed a club from every city in the country although there is now some doubt over places that were cities and have had that status removed.
I know I missed out the Scottish and Irish cities and maybe a Welsh city or two with no involvement in the English pyramid but all analyses have to set their limits somewhere.
