Promoted from division one to the Northern Premier League East:-
Hebburn Town
Shildon
Stockton Town
Promoted from Division Two to Division One:
Crook Town
Redcar Athletic
West Allotment Celtic
Added to Division Two:
Blyth Town from the Northern Football Alliance.
Redcar Town from the North Riding League.
Darlington Town (Horden Community Welfare) from the Wearside League.
Simple but effective upward movement for all those moving.
