Four results to tell you about from my selections:
1) Arsenal progressed in the Carabao or EFL Cup by beating Leicester City 2-0 on their own turf.
Leicester hit the post before Nicolas Pepe chased the ball into the penalty area forcing a pinball like own goal off the post and Christian Fuchs.
The winner came from youngster Eddie Nketiah who stayed alert in the box to step over the defender and force the ball home.
7) Tiverton were at home to Bideford in the first qualifying round of the F.A.Cup and won the match 2-0.
9) Exmouth travelled to Street in the Western League Premier Division and came away with a 2-1 win.
10) Bovey Tracey were at home to Cullompton Rangers in the South West Peninsula League. Bovey managed to score two goals but unfortunately Cullompton scored four for the win.
