Piano Lesson & Football

I spent the morning playing with my granddaughter and this culminated in her first piano lesson which involved her banging the piano keys to the delight of her mother and grandmother.

I have now settled down to watch the second half of Cardiff v. Huddersfield and the miserable face of Neil Warnock just appeared on screen. The score is currently 0-0 so I have not missed any goals while I watched "Race across the world" with my wife.

At 3pm I have a date with Exeter Chiefs on BT Sport as they take on La Rochelle in the semi-final of the European Rugby Champions Cup. I think that clashes with many other football matches but fortunately not my Arsenal boys who play on Tuesday. My Arsenal girls play tomorrow in the semi-final second leg of the UEFA Women's Champions League.

Sports fans these days have so much choice. As a lad I had to wait until saturday night and watch match of the day highlights. Rugby was off the radar as were women's sports.

I am back here, at least temporarily and there is much to discuss (rant about) but I think I will watch the football for now.
