Conference Play-Offs

I watched the other match last night: Forest Green Rovers 0 Bristol Rovers 1.
Bristol Rovers have to be favourites after the number of chances that they missed.

Tonight we have Eastleigh v. Grimsby in the first leg of the other semi-final.

The Grimsby coach was delayed so it got me to thinking about this blog. The match will start at 8:00pm and the cameras are exploring the dressing rooms. Coventry colours for Eastleigh and Newcastle colours for Grimsby. I think I have to get my own teams playing in Purple and Pink.

The sun is setting over the grandstand as the players line up in the tunnel so I can now settle down to watch the match. Conference play-off semi-final here we come. Maybe I will try and find some twitterers to talk about the match.

Derby v. Brentford

Pritchard scores for Brentford to put my second choice team ahead by one goal to nil. The away strip is yellow tops and white shorts against the Derby colours of white and black giving this match a certain limited colour look.

The quality is high, the pace is high, the tackling is robust. I have a break from real life for a change. It has been a busy winter. I think I will now just sit back and enjoy the spectacle.
